USP Distillation Project

ICI was contracted for the structural steel and mechanical portion of a new 25 MPGY UPS Grade Equivalent Alcohol unit at Red Trail Energy. Our scope included:
- Installation of 70 tons of structural steel
- Installation of two 90’ tall distillation columns
- Installation of various reboilers, heat exchangers, condensers, and tanks
- Installation of 10 centrifugal pumps
- Installation of over 4,000’ of piping
- Placement of 30 CF of epoxy and cementitious grout
